Clause 1: Appointment Cancellation *

I understand that I must cancel my appointment at least 5 working days in advance. If not, I will be charged an Appointment Fee of R 550 to R 1 100 (excluding VAT), depending on location.

Clause 2: Payment Terms *

Clause 3: Missed Appointment Liability *

I understand that if I am not present, fail to grant access, or fail to take the service provider’s call, I will still be charged the Appointment Fee as stated in Clause 1.

Clause 4: Piano Tuning and Mini-Service *

Piano Tuning: I understand and accept that if my piano cannot be tuned due to service requirements, I will only be liable for the call-out fee and not the tuning fee. I also understand that piano tuning does not include cleaning, and should cleaning be required, I will need to contact the office to for a booking.
Piano Mini-Service: I understand and accept that if my piano requires repairs and not a mini-service, I will receive a quote via email.
⁠Piano Mini-Service: If the mini-service is not performed, I will only be liable for the call-out fee.
